Shipping & Returns

EXCHANGES, RETURNS/REFUND 

Exchanging or returning an item is simple.

Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you’d like a different size, exchange for another design or a return/refund and we will find the best option for you to exercise that right. Either Whatsapp us at +65 88924428 or email to hello@akinn.com 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES

As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to exchange for another item, let us know. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:

  1. Sign into your AKINN account and under My Orders, take note of your invoice number, SKU and item description of the item(s) you would like to return. 
  2. Inform us which item you would like to exchange your order for by sending us the link or just a screenshot. If we have the item in the size that you want, we will reserve it for you.
  3. Fill in the returns form on https://akinn.com/pages/contact-us and our team will contact you to facilitate on the return procedure.
  4. Items must be returned to us unused, with all AKINN tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our Terms of Service (1) will be sent back to you.
  5. We will suggest the easiest and fastest way to return and exchange your item (if we have it in stock). The fastest option would be to bring it to our showroom at Thye Hong centre, from there we can check all is in order and process the exchange on the spot. 
  6. Alternatively, you can choose to drop off your item at either Design Orchard or Badt +Co. This will take at least 3-4 days to process so your patience is very much appreciated.
  7. Lastly, we can arrange for the item to be collected and returned to us and process the exchange. This will take at least a week, so please bear with us.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

As soon as you’ve decided you’d like a refund, let us know. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:

  1. Sign in to your AKINN account and under My Orders, take note of your invoice number, SKU and item description of the item(s) you would like to refund.
  2. Fill in the returns form on https://akinn.com/pages/contact-us and our team will contact you to facilitate on the necessary procedure. We would love your feedback and comments as to why you would like to return / refund your order.
  3. Items must be returned to us unused with all AKINN tags and labels still attached. Refunds that do not meet our Terms of Service (1) will be sent back to you. Please see above points 5, 6 & 7 for return options.
  4. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  5. Please note that delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.
  6. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

(1) Terms of Service

  1. All items must be returned new, unused and with all AKINN tags attached within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
  3. For overseas purchase: If you’re based outside of SINGAPORE, taxes and duties are applicable. Send the return item back to us in Singapore, once received, we can process your exchange or return option.
