EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier.
Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you’d like a different size or a refund and we’ll collect from your home, work or an alternative address.
EXCHANGES
As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to exchange or return, let us know. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:
- Sign in to your AKINN account and under My Orders, take note of your invoice number, SKU and item description of the item(s) you would like to return.
- Fill in the returns form on https://akinn.com/pages/contact-us and our team will contact you to facilitate on the return procedure
- Items must be returned to us unused with all AKINN tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our Terms of Service (1) will be sent back to you.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
As soon as you’ve decided you’d like a refund, let us know. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:
- Sign in to your AKINN account and under My Orders, take note of your invoice number, SKU and item description of the item(s) you would like to refund.
- Fill in the returns form on https://akinn.com/pages/contact-us and our team will contact you to facilitate on the necessary procedure.
- Items must be returned to us unused with all AKINN tags and labels still attached. Refunds that do not meet our Terms of Service (1) will be sent back to you.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Please note that delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
(1) Terms of Service
- All items must be returned new, unused and with all AKINN tags attached within 14 days of receipt.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
- For overseas purchase: If you’re based outside of SINGAPORE taxes and duties are applicable. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
